Mona Gindler is a Partner at Senovo, where she partners with vision-driven entrepreneurs to reshape industries. She is particularly enthusiastic about supporting founders during their transition from founder-led sales to a scalable sales organization. She has a passion for the Iberian startup scene, having lived in Spain for two years. Previously, she worked as a management consultant specializing in digital growth strategies and M&A. She studied International Business in London and holds an MBA from IE Business School. She is the Female Founders Ambassador for Germany, a Grow F Mentor, and started a Women in VC meetup in Munich.
