Yes. From account settings you can delete individual documents, delete your entire account, or export all your data as JSON (GDPR right). All personal data is deleted within 30 days (except tax records we're legally required to keep for 6 years).

We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Quick Score accuracy. We NEVER train public AI models with your deck, share identifiable data with Anthropic/OpenAI, or use your financials without permission.

Yes, fully compliant: EU data hosting, privacy by design, data processing agreements, right to access/rectify/delete, data portability, cookie consent, and published Privacy Policy + Terms of Service.

You don't need to—our Free tier lets you try the core tools (including 3 Pitch Quick Scores and 5 VC Matches) before upgrading. Once you see the value, you can upgrade to Founder for €9/month.

If you hit the smart limits on the Founder plan (e.g., 20 VC matches or 15 AI emails in a month), you will be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan (€29/mo) which includes unlimited usage across all agents.

You control visibility. Always shown: company name, industry, stage, Quick Score. Optional: traction metrics (ARR, customers, growth) and pitch deck. Never shown: financials, cap table, or sensitive data.

Yes! You can disable SCALAR entirely, block specific VC firms, set your "actively raising" status on or off, and control what data is shown.

No. VCs can request intros, but you see their firm profile first, decide whether to accept, can decline with one click, and are never forced to connect.

SCALAR visibility is included in the Pro plan (€29/mo) if you have a Quick Score of 75+. It's not available on Free or Founder plans.

If you operate in stealth, we obfuscate your company name, description, and website in Ecosystem Discovery while still allowing you to match privately with VCs on the SCALAR network. You can toggle this on or off in your Privacy Settings.

Ecosystem Discovery is the standard public directory on SCALAR. By default, startups appear here using basic public information (Bloomberg-style facts like HQ country and industry). Proprietary metrics (MRR, runway, Quick Score) are NEVER shown in Ecosystem Discovery.

Common issues: file too large (max 50MB - compress images), unsupported format (use PDF or PPTX), corrupted file (try re-saving from PowerPoint), or password protected (remove password first).

Possible reasons: missing content (add traction data, market sizing, team backgrounds), low-quality images (replace blurry screenshots), unclear slides (simplify language, add context), or no financials (include revenue projections). Upload revised deck for a new score.

Try a broader sector search (e.g. "Tech" instead of "AI-powered SaaS for SMBs"), expand geography ("Europe" instead of just "Germany"), or lower the check size filter. Contact support@nma.vc to request specific VCs be added.

You get 3 tools: search 2,200+ VC firms, search 10,600+ VC partners, and access your own startup data - all from within your AI coding or writing tool. Set it up in Settings → MCP.

Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export, select the categories you want, and download a ZIP file. Tabular data (deals, cap table, etc.) exports as CSV. Text content (analyses, reviews) exports as TXT.
