Jan Claudio Muñoz is a Venture Partner at Alter Equity. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Frankfurt for three years. He then led the Media for Equity GmbH fund at Axel Springer before joining m2p Ventures as a partner. At Alter Equity, Jan Claudio is responsible for investment activities in Germany and supports portfolio companies in their expansion into the German market. He studied law at the University of Heidelberg in Germany and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Alongside his studies, Jan Claudio managed a center that provided meals to teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds and remains involved in initiatives aimed at helping children from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds through mentoring, particularly through the association Startup Teens.
