Félix Mounier began his professional career at Alter Equity 10 years ago after completing two internships. He interned for 6 months at Ardian (formerly Axa Private Equity) and then at Ernst & Young. He also participated in a 3-month development aid mission in a village in the Kathmandu Valley as part of the Solidarité France-Népal association. He also served as a "professeur-tuteur" within the Fleur de Bitume association, in partnership with Secours Catholique, providing voluntary academic support to middle school students in Priority Education Zones. Félix holds a degree from ESCP Europe.
