Refund Policy
1. Overview
At GRID, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber to the Founder or Pro plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
- Applies to monthly and annual subscriptions
- Only available for your first subscription (not re-subscriptions)
- Refund is processed to the original payment method
- Typically processed within 5β10 business days
3. Trial Period
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
4. Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings β Billing page.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all paid features until that date
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved β you can re-subscribe at any time
4.3 No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel after the 30-day money-back window, no partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining billing period.
5. Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans as well
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- You may switch from annual to monthly billing at the end of your annual term
6. Exceptional Refunds
We may consider refunds outside the 30-day window in exceptional circumstances:
- Extended outages: Significant service downtime exceeding 72 hours
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount)
- Account issues: If a technical issue prevented you from using the service
These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@nma.vc with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions after the 30-day window (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Enterprise plan payments (subject to separate agreement)
- Third-party services accessed through GRID
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated βLast Updatedβ date.
