Krzysztof Dziewicki joined Warsaw Equity Group in 1999 and has served as CEO since 2015, driving the strategic growth of WEG’s portfolio. He has over two decades of investment and finance experience, built at WEG and through early consulting roles at Towarzystwo Doradztwa Inwestycyjnego. He’s held operational roles in WEG’s portfolio companies, including WB Electronics and WEH Inwestycje, and as CFO of ZPC Otmuchów, where he played a key role in its IPO. In addition to leading WEG’s investment team, Krzysztof holds several supervisory roles across portfolio companies. His analytical approach is grounded in his degree in Applied Mathematics from Warsaw University of Technology.
