About
Karolina joined Warsaw Equity Group in 2024 to strengthen the WEG Community and develop the CEE Growth Platform. Previously, she gained hands-on experience at Demium Capital and ff Venture Capital, working on investment processes and supporting portfolio companies. She holds an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a guest lecturer at both SGH and Kozminski University. Karolina also serves as Director for Founder Institute Poland and Chief Ecosystem Officer at Zenith AI, earning recognition as one of Poland’s leading women in VC and startups.
