Kamil joined Warsaw Equity Group in May 2025, bringing a strong background in social entrepreneurship. As President of Our Future Foundation—one of CEE’s leading educational NGOs—he helped over 300 students reach top universities like Harvard, Oxford, and LSE, and engaged 20,000+ young people in programs with partners such as Amazon, Samsung, GE, and Goldman Sachs. He previously gained experience at BEST Capital Group and led a boutique consultancy focused on PR, strategy, and event management. Kamil holds a B.A. in Economics and International Markets from Koźmiński University and studied at MCI The Entrepreneurial School in Innsbruck.
