About
Jan Nalbert joined Warsaw Equity Group in 2019 and has played a key role in numerous transactions, including sell-side deals (Grupa Otmuchów, Clearcode, Piwik PRO) and buy-side investments (Xopero, Oxla, Nethansa, 3Soft, Occubee). Before WEG, he gained M&A advisory experience at CAG and mInvestment Banking. He holds a Bachelor’s in Quantitative Methods and a Master’s from the Warsaw School of Economics, spent a semester at the National University of Singapore, and has passed all three CFA levels. Jan is passionate about finding high-growth software companies with strong unit economics and scalable models.
