About
Dawid Bieńkowski joined Warsaw Equity Group in May 2020 as Human Capital Partner, focusing on leadership and organizational development. In 2023, he became Managing Partner for Value Creation. He has almost two decades of global HR experience, gained at Fortune 500 companies like Bridgestone, Whirlpool, Electrolux, and Henkel, where he focused on recruiting leaders, delivering M&A projects, and driving cultural change across the US, China, Italy, and Poland. He also launched three startups: a B2B recruitment marketplace, a peanut butter brand, and an EdTech app. He is passionate about coaching and human engineering.
