Noam Inbar is a Partner at Viola Fintech, a venture capital fund that invests in Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech, and Proptech startups across the US, Europe, and Israel. She joined Viola Fintech in January 2023. Viola Fintech is part of the Viola Group, which is described as Israel's leading technology-oriented multi-strategy investment group, managing over $4.5 billion in assets. The Viola FinTech fund was founded in 2017 and has invested in 15 startups, including Grover, Cowbell, Insurify, Alviere, Planck, Omnius, Trueaccord, and Rewire (which was acquired by Remitly). Inbar has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held multiple executive roles at multinational companies in Israel and overseas. Before joining Viola Fintech, she managed an early-stage Fintech investment arm backed by The Phoenix. She also served as the Corporate Vice President of Transformation at Orbia and was a founding member and regional leader at Oracle for Startups, where she led the company's startup activity across Singapore, France, and Israel. Earlier in her career, Inbar held leadership positions at PayPal, Forter, and Zooz, focusing on go-to-market strategy and business development.
