Apostolos Apostolakis is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded e-shop, e-food, and doctoranytime. He transitioned into an angel investor and, along with George, invested in Beat in 2011. Following the acquisitions of e-food by Delivery Hero and Beat (now Freenow) by Daimler, Apostolos and George recognized a gap in seed funding in Greece and subsequently launched VentureFriends' first fund, VF1.
