Mykhailo Fedorov is the Minister in charge of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, which oversees the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF). The Ministry was established in September 2019 with the goal of transforming Ukraine into a digital state. A key project of the Ministry is the Diia ecosystem, which includes a mobile application, portal, and other services. Diia has launched the world’s first digital passport, the fastest business registration, and a comprehensive service for parents called eBaby. Another important project is Diia.City, a legal and tax space for IT companies. After Russia’s full-scale invasion, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is engaged in digital warfare.
