Sotiris Siagas is a Partner at TECS Capital, responsible for the overall business strategy and operations, with a focus on long-term value creation. He has over two decades of experience in transformative technology and venture investments, combining entrepreneurial leadership with a proven investment track record across multiple technology sectors. His expertise includes product development, innovative business models, and early-stage financing of high-potential startup teams. Sotiris co-founded a VC-backed GIS company, directing financial and operational strategy to drive growth and investor value. He also served as Executive Vice President of a leading Greek business incubator, managing a diverse portfolio of high-growth companies and supporting founders through scaling and international expansion. Sotiris holds a BSc in Electrical and Computing Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. He serves on the board of the Association of ICT Companies in Northern Greece (SETPE) and is a jury member for the European Commission’s EIC Accelerator.
