Kaspar's expertise lies in business development, particularly within tech businesses and digital services. Prior to joining Specialist VC, he was involved in M&A, investments, and development projects at Ekspress Grupp, a Nasdaq Tallinn-listed media house. Kaspar's experience in startup investing dates back to 2015 with EstBAN, where he was later recognized as "Angel of the Year," and he contributed to building an early version of Nordic angel syndication. At Specialist VC, his responsibilities include deal sourcing, analysis and structuring, and managing investments.
