He was part of the founding team of Norway’s first unicorn, Oda, where he served as COO and played a key role in scaling the company from scratch to a team of 500 people, building it into a world-class online grocery company with a highly efficient logistics and distribution operation. Before Oda, Jon Kåre spent eight years at Schibsted, working on digital transformation, strategy, and process improvement across several of Schibsted’s core businesses. At Skyfall, Jon Kåre has been closely involved in developing the portfolio across sectors such as logistics, enterprise software, bioinformatics, and gaming.
