Cecilie Skjong is an Investment Manager at Skyfall Ventures, where she plays a central role in shaping the firm’s portfolio. She oversees Skyfall’s deal flow, evaluating approximately 20 new startups weekly and guiding promising opportunities from initial screening to investment offer. Before Skyfall, Cecilie was Director of Corporate Development at Aize, an industrial SaaS company, joining the team in its early stages. Prior to Aize, she spent five years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on strategy, operations, and technology across various industries. Cecilie holds a Master of Science in engineering and industrial economics from NTNU and MIT, specializing in optimization theory and hydropower systems. Her expertise includes energy production and grid infrastructure. She is known for her strength in industrial tech, AI, and energy tech, as well as her relationship-building skills and network across startups, scaleups, consulting, and the investor ecosystem.
