Kalle Kaivola started in the demo scene and spent a decade as a games journalist before joining Recoil Games as a producer. He has since held roles such as SVP of Product and Publishing at Rovio and Head of Licensed Games at Next Games. In 2019, he joined Lightheart Entertainment as CEO after Sisu incubated the company.
