Kadri Härma is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, and investor. She co-founded Estonia’s leading business consultancy in 2005 and the country’s largest startup competition in 2006. Since then, she has been involved in launching startup ecosystem initiatives, building brands and operational systems, speaking at conferences, mentoring startups, judging competitions, making angel investments, and starting traditional businesses. Kadri co-founded GameFounders Europe and GameFounders Asia with Paul Bragiel, Samuli Syvähuoko and Kalle Kaivola. These funds generated deal flow of 1000+ and invested in 72 early-stage teams from 26 countries. Kadri is educated in business management, finance, and international relations. Her strengths lie in strategy, business development, and operations.
