Tom March started his career in finance as a trainee trader, before becoming a partner at S&W Investments, co-managing c$1bn investing in companies globally. As an equity investor, he observed the impact of digital disruption across various sectors. After 12 years, he decided to back the challengers, launching Redrice in 2017. He is fascinated by consumer psychology and is passionate about helping people succeed. Founding Redrice was driven by the desire to create a desirable workplace.
