PSV Tech, or Permskaya Sudoverf, is a shipbuilding company located in the Perm region of Russia. Founded in 1931, it has a long history of building civilian vessels, including passenger and cargo ships, and during wartime, vessels for the front. After changing ownership and names several times, the company returned to its original name in 2021 and is now under the control of the Perm region government. PSV Tech aims to construct and maintain various types of vessels and participate in regional and federal programs for the development of water transport. The company's core activities include shipbuilding, судоремонт (ship repair), and the production of metal structures. Shipbuilding encompasses the entire process from project development to assembly, equipment installation, and testing. Ship repair includes both capital and planned repairs of river vessels, covering hull elements, propeller systems, deck machinery, and equipment maintenance. The production of metal structures caters to both ships and infrastructure projects, producing items like power line supports, bridge beams, and steel columns.
