Nicholas Neerpasch is a Diploma Architect with a Bachelor’s degree. He started his career at Zaha Hadid Architects in London in 2001. He then worked for six years as a consultant at Ernst & Young in Berlin, specializing in the real estate sector. In 2007, he founded acht+ Baumanagement und Immobilienberatung GmbH, and in 2012, he joined GFP Group as Managing Partner (successful exit). In 2014, he founded Doozer, a marketplace for modernization management.
