Shiran Tehila Mashiah is a Principal at Peregrine Ventures and VP of Business Development for Incentive Incubator, specializing in Pharma and Biotech investments, a role she began in 2020. Beyond securing new investments, Ms. Mashiah plays an active strategic and governance role with portfolio companies, including serving as a Director for Lutris Pharma and as an Observer on the Board of Directors for entities such as KAHR Medical, Nectin Tx, and Ribon Therapeutics, while also interfacing closely with international strategic partners and investment committees. Prior to joining Peregrine, she was a senior biomed grant consultant at FreeMind, specializing in non-dilutive funding, where she developed and managed grant portfolios for biotech companies and led clinical trial–focused applications to agencies such as the NIH, DoD, NSF, and FDA. She holds an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and an MBA in Biomedical Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
