He leads the technical vetting of chemical assets for o2h Ventures, specializing in the scientific evaluation of early-stage programmes. He leverages his extensive background in managing global research collaborations to assess the scalability and technical rigor of potential investments. Previously, Hemal was a senior scientist at Piramal Discovery Solutions, where he spearheaded large-scale chemistry initiatives for global partners. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kadi Sarva University.
