Yoan Pashov

Yoan Pashov is a Principal at Noteus, based in the London office. He has nine years of experience covering Technology businesses as both an investor and advisor, with a focus on Software and FinTech. Before joining Noteus, he was an Investor in another major investment firm’s Growth Equity team, joining in 2021. During this time, Yoan completed four investments with Board observer involvement, and actively covered the United Kingdom and Benelux as well as the broader Europe ecosystems. Earlier in his career, Yoan was an Investor at private equity fund Capital D in London. Prior to this, he worked at Jefferies in their Technology Investment Banking division in London, where he advised on a range of transactions including fundraisings, M&A and IPOs. He started his career at Rothschild’s Healthcare Investment Banking division in London. Yoan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the London School of Economics. He is fluent in Bulgarian, English and German.
