Selma Belghiti

Selma Belghiti is a Principal at New Era Capital Partners (NECP). She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Engineering, majoring in Systems Science and Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Computer Science. Prior to NECP, Selma completed internships in banking at JP Morgan and consulting. She started her career as a technology consultant at EY, helping financial institutions with transformations. She then joined McKinsey in NY as a consultant and then a manager, assisting large companies with due diligences, digital strategies, and transformations. At McKinsey, she focused on AI, automation, and innovation, and contributed to thought leadership, publishing a report on trends in Insurance and the experience of founders in the US. She spent 8 years in consulting before joining NECP.
