About
Tony Stott joined Midven in 1998 and became chief executive in 2006, leading the company’s management buy-out. Following the acquisition by Future Planet Capital, Tony is now the investment director for the Exceed Fund, and also for the MEIF West Midlands Equity Fund. He is a chartered accountant, having trained with Deloitte & Touche in Birmingham, specializing in advisory services to small- and medium-sized companies. He also worked in the finance departments of two Birmingham-based businesses. Tony holds a degree in economics with politics from Manchester University.
