Rupert joined Midven in 2023 as fund principal for the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund and brings over 30 years of investment experience. He previously held director roles at 3i Group and Barclays Ventures in Birmingham. Since 2014 Rupert has been on the advisory committee of the London Co-Investment Fund (LCIF).
