Jonathan Fair is a Managing Partner at MedStartr. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President of Douglaston Development from 2005-18, where he oversaw the development, construction, management and disposition of over $2 billion worth of market rate rental, hospitality, mixed use and condominium developments. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation and an Officer of the New York City Industrial Development Agency for 8 years, with executive responsibility over $20 billion worth of projects.
