Andrei Xydas is a member of the Investment Team at Lightrock, joining the company in 2024. Before joining Lightrock, Andrei was a founding team member at Blume Equity and BII, where she made over $500 million in growth equity investments. She also managed acquisitions for the tech unicorn Hopin and began her career at BCG. Andrei holds a double Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
