Carla Patrizia Ferrari is a member of the Investment Committee at LIFTT. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Compagnia di San Paolo, a foundation involved in European and American venture capital with €1 billion committed to private markets. This foundation has invested in VC funds such as United Ventures, Primo Space, Sofinnova Telethon, Claris, and Eureka, all operating in the Italian market. Previously, Carla was the Chief Executive Officer of Equiter until 2013 and subsequently the president of the company dedicated to equity activities in infrastructure, renewable energy, research, and innovation, developing public-private partnership projects. She has served as a Board Member of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and listed companies including Intesa San Paolo, Iren, Prima Industrie, and Ambienta SGR Spa, a private equity fund focused on sustainability. She is also the vice President and director of the Links Foundation, a collaboration between the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation and the Politecnico di Torino.
