Madhusmita Das is a Vice President at Leo Capital and works on the fund’s global investment strategy. Before joining Leo Capital, Madhusmita worked with Bessemer Venture Partners and served as a strategy lead at Ola Electric. She was also a founding member of Piaggio’s Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital arm in Italy. She has also built a startup in the retail space. Madhusmita splits her time between India and Europe and is particularly passionate about investing in opportunities within Health, Fintech, and Climate sectors.
