Joachim Masurek is the Head of IR and Capital Formation at LEA Partners. Before joining LEA, he spent over 10 years in fundraising and investor relations roles for various companies, including Houlihan Lokey and Edmond de Rothschild. Concurrently, he supported his family as CFO in building a company in the technical laboratory equipment sector, which was partially sold to an investor in 2023. Prior to that, after a corporate trainee program, he was involved in group M&A and corporate valuation at LBBW. Joachim holds a Diplom in Business Administration from Hochschule Kempten and a Master in International Business from LSBU in London.
