She has served as a co-thinker, advisor, mentor, and coach to CEOs and leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Israel for over four decades, from scale-up to global market leadership. Sara brings unique experiences as a global authority on leadership, culture, and performance, gained from insights into how successful software, SaaS, and AI companies built market-leading businesses. Her earlier career work with companies such as Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce, Celonis, BluePrism, and JVP companies Qlik and CyberArk, involved supporting innovators to drive ambitious journeys from formative years through to market domination and IPO, on to continued growth as multi-billion-dollar market cap global leaders. Sara's current focus is pro bono work in support of Boardwave, an international social enterprise, supporting and equipping CEOs with the knowledge and tools to scale internationally, achieve unicorn status, go public or secure high-value exits. She leads the Boardwave Italian Cohort and the Boardwave Pan-European SaaS and AI CEO Cohort.
