Roi Yosef is an investor at JVP specializing in early-stage and early-growth vertical and horizontal application software companies. He is involved in research, deal sourcing, and due diligence, and serves as a board member in JVP portfolio companies, advising on growth, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies. Roi is a C.P.A. and Attorney at Law, and spent four years advising on transactions and investments from legal and financial perspectives across a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to JVP, Roi was an investment banker at Ernst & Young and a lawyer at Israel’s largest law firm, executing a wide variety of investment banking transactions such as M&A, debt, and equity raising. Roi holds a double major in Law and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is also a Captain (Res.) in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces, and received numerous awards for excellence, having led innovative research projects.
