Lihi Segal is an entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of experience holding Independent Board, CEO, COO, and CFO positions in the tech, healthcare, and Food & Agtech industries. She has demonstrated expertise in managing large operations with a growth mindset. Prior to joining JVP, Lihi was the founder and CEO of DayTwo, a precision nutrition company focused on metabolic disease and based on science from the Weizmann Institute. She set the strategic direction, oversaw operations, and led the company to an outcomes-based model, retaining Israel’s largest HMOs, large US Self Insured Employers, and two of the top three Health Insurance players in the US. Lihi is a frequent public speaker on health, food as medicine, microbiome, women's empowerment, gender equality, and women’s leadership. She is a certified lawyer and holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
