Hiroshi Baba is a Venture Partner at Isomer Capital, based in Tokyo. He supports Isomer’s Japanese LPs with their open innovation strategies. He is also the Director of the Japan Professional Football League. Previously, he was the managing director of NTT Docomo’s CVC, where he expanded its investment globally in the US, SEA and Europe. Through investments in startups and venture funds, he helped NTT groups explore new businesses and adopt emerging technologies. Hiroshi holds a Bachelor of Law from Tokyo University, and an MBA from University of Washington.
