Charles Schrager has over 35 years of experience in investment, having worked as an LP, GP, investor director, advisor, board member, and technology executive. He was previously a partner at growth private equity firm Penta Capital. Before that, he was MD of Credit Suisse’s financial institutions investment banking group responsible for fintech and asset management. Charles began his career in financial markets, notably developing an equities CRM system and the internet strategies for Paribas’s equity business, ultimately leading him to be a start-up exec team member of the first emerging markets online brokerage. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School with a specialisation in disruptive technology.
