Harsha Maturu joined IMS Digital Ventures in 2021 as a Principal, focusing on deal origination, due diligence, and capital raising, while also supporting portfolio company growth. Currently a Partner, Harsha sources, evaluates, and structures transactions across the IMS ecosystem and supports capital formation. Before IMS, he was a strategy consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) in London and Hong Kong, advising software and technology companies on M&A, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives, and working with private equity investors on commercial due diligence within the technology sector. Harsha holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE).
