They invest in diverse founded impact startups, with a focus on creating inclusive and sustainable solutions to societal and environmental challenges. Impact Shakers also runs an angel investment program to further support early-stage impact companies. The firm invests at the intersection of diversity and impact, launching a venture fund of €20 million focused on this area. They also manage a microfund targeting underrepresented founders. The overall investment strategy appears to encompass a full lifecycle of impact businesses, starting with awareness raising and moving into early-stage investments through the venture fund and microfund, as well as exit strategies.
