Václav Audes specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, pharmaceutical and healthcare law, and transport (particularly aviation) law. He has advised both sellers and buyers, strategic and financial investors, and has also advised clients on the formation of joint ventures and restructurings of groups of companies (including transformations), primarily in the sectors pharmaceutical and healthcare, transport (mainly aviation), media and telecommunications, clean tech, internet trading, and FMCG. In the area of pharmaceutical law, Václav specializes in comprehensive market access issues relating to pharmaceuticals and medical devices, reimbursement schemes, relations between pharmaceutical companies and HCPs/HCOs, regulation of advertising for medicinal products and medical devices, and representation of clients before the National Drug Control Authority and the Ministry of Healthcare. In the area of healthcare law he focuses mainly on representing providers in reimbursement issues vis-à-vis healthcare insurance companies, restructuring of healthcare facilities, and healthcare compliance.
