Theo Mastrokostopoulos is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the global medical device industry. He has a proven track record of success in early-stage ventures, including two successful exits. Theo began his medtech career at Medtronic’s EMEA headquarters in Switzerland before moving into leadership roles at innovative medical device startups. He played a key commercial and strategic role at TriVascular, which went public and was later acquired by Endologix in 2015, and most recently at LimFlow, where he contributed to two significant fundraising rounds and the company’s acquisition by Inari Medical in 2023. After nearly 15 years in Switzerland and the UK, Theo returned to Greece and since 2024 he actively supports the local medtech ecosystem as an advisor to early-stage companies and an angel investor. He holds an MEng in Production Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Crete and an MBA from London Business.
