Estia Ryan leads the research process at Eka Ventures, helping to identify and assist portfolio companies. She joined Eka in the summer of 2022, driven by a desire to have a more impactful role in finance. Previously, Estia was an Equity Research Associate at Barclays, specializing in European Internet. During her time at Barclays, she analyzed large consumer tech companies such as Deliveroo, Asos and Trainline and worked on 10+ IPOs, most notably The Hut Group, Auto1 and Allegro.
