Harry Macpherson is a Senior Associate, Climate at Deep Science Ventures. After completing an MEng in Materials Science at the University of Oxford, Harry worked on R&D projects across precious metal products manufacturing, critical materials recycling, and CO2 utilisation at Johnson Matthey. He then joined DSV as a Founder in Residence, spinning out Yama to scale direct air capture of CO2. At DSV Harry continues to support Yama, and is scoping new technological solutions to critical minerals and water scarcity, as well as toxic chemical pollution.
