Dom previously led Imperial College London’s science startup programme, where he worked with over 200 student companies and supported a fraction of these to raise over £25m in funding within 3 years. He grew the community by 375% to 3000 scientists in 1 year. In 2016, he left Imperial to co-found DSV (Deep Science Ventures). He was recognized as one of Forbes Finance Under 30 in 2021.
