Luljana Dollani Kapllanaj is a Junior Partner & Head of Business Development at Cognitive Corporate Finance, based in Tirana. She is part of the Execution Team, responsible for Deal Execution Efforts, sourcing private institutional investors, pitching, and executing transactions, as well as Deal Origination Efforts, identifying new Corporate Finance, Investment Funds, and Real Estate transactions opportunities in Europe. Prior to joining CCF in 2022, Luljana gained experience in financial markets and investment advisory, having worked as a Derivatives Trader, Trading Senior, Senior Account Manager, and Financial Securities Sales Agent at Smartcom Sh.A in Tirana. Luljana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New York Tirana, including an exchange semester at Middle East Technical University. She is certified as a Technical Accountant through an accounting training program backed by the Ministry of Finance of Albania. She also completed an internship at Tirana Bank and a 6-month Investment Banking training program, focusing on financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Luljana is fluent in Albanian and English.
