Demian Esser is a Founding Managing Partner of Besant Capital. He possesses extensive experience in deal origination and execution, having invested and advised globally on M&A and private equity transactions with total deal volumes exceeding $35 billion. Prior to Besant, Demian founded Pedralbes Partners, a Mexico-based merchant bank focused on growth companies across Latin America, where he invested and advised on transactions worth over $100 million. Before Pedralbes Partners, Demian was a Director at Citigroup’s investment bank in London, managing the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) transportation and services team. He began his career as a strategy management consultant with Accenture in their Products and Services practice in Berlin. Demian holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona, and a BA Hons in International Business Studies from the European Business School, London.
