Dr. Gesa Miczaika is a General Partner at Auxxo Female Catalyst, with a mission to promote equitable representation of women as founders and investors in the venture capital industry. She has a background in strategy consulting and in startups. Gesa was the first employee at Blacklane, a Venture Partner at Entrepreneur First, and is currently the Deputy President of the German Startups Association. In her free time, she enjoys meditating, doing sports, hiking, going to the sauna, and spending time with friends and family.
