Markus joined the Allianz X Finance Team as Finance Director in April 2021. He started at Allianz Germany in 2002, then moved to Allianz Group Accounting and Reporting from 2004 to 2008, focusing on the German P&C and Private Equity business. He subsequently held various manager positions within Allianz divisions before joining Allianz X. Markus has experience in onboarding new acquisitions and establishing processes such as investment accounting, controlling, and investor reporting. He holds an MBA (Diplom Wirtschaftswissenschaften) from the University of Regensburg.
