Leonello joined Allianz X in July 2025 as an Analyst. He supports the team in all aspects of deal sourcing, structuring, and execution, as well as focusing on market screening, due diligence, and valuation of target companies. Prior to Allianz X, Leonello gained experience in the M&A field at companies like UniCredit and alba. Leonello holds a bachelor’s in business administration & management and a master’s in management with a major in finance from Università Bocconi. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad at King's College London as well as at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in Utah.
